What do I need to use the tour?

Only a smartphone, headphones and a positive mood. Our mobile app works offline, so you don’t need to spend your mobile data being in a costly international roaming.

Can I share a tour with my family via the Apple Family Sharing feature?

Unfortunately, based on the Apple App Store terms & conditions you can’t share in-app purchases using “Family Sharing”. More details can be found in this Apple article.

What does the tour duration of 2 hours mean?

We are calculating your walking time, so the whole tour duration is a walking time + audio time. Usually, audio time takes about half of the whole tour time.

Is 15 tour stops too many?

Every tour in our app is unique. We are trying to prepare the best route for each city. You can find tours with 7, 15, 25 or 33 tour stops. So it’s up to you if you would like to spend 1,5 hours walking with us or the whole day.

What if the app crashes or tour data downloading fails?

Please, try to remove the mobile app from your smartphone and install it again from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Then choose the city and a tour that you’ve purchased earlier. On the tour description screen hit the blue button “Go to the tour” in the bottom, or in case it won’t be available hit the link “restore purchase”. If these steps won’t fix a problem, please email us to support@touringbee.com and we will help you to fix the problem or perform the refund.

I can’t install the app on my smartphone.
